this was in richmond viginia. Tonamu was so excited he ran a red light in front of a cop to turn around and get a photo. totally worth it# posted by Tom @ 1:01 pm

Wow. That is awesome. I don't think you will ever get to see a cooler billboard. The thing I like about it most is that it appears to appeal to a moral conscience rather than explicitly stating it's against the law. If only they were giving out t-shirts as well.
